Never appreciate candidate knowledge and give chance to change his designation according to his qualification, and not giving salary according to country living standard.

Well the Saudi Arabian Parsons Limited reputation in construction is its self the main factor, the company has a very good leadership history and has helped me drive through my career in a very good and smooth way. The people here has been very cooperative to the colleagues and sub-ordinates which makes us a family here

Sometimes working hours can be long but it's equally rewarding. Work life balance can be a downside and very limited flexibility of work. They do have lots of experts and huge engineering capabilities to deliver large projects. Work Quality is not compromised and good chance to learn.
