I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Well the Saudi Arabian Parsons Limited reputation in construction is its self the main factor, the company has a very good leadership history and has helped me drive through my career in a very good and smooth way.
