Overall it was a very memorable journey working there,I got the chance to learn soo many new things, students became friends they loved my way of teaching . Most of the parents and guardians wanted their sons and daughters to become like me in future.Management was transparent.They give good salary and bonus during Dusshera and deepawali .

There is a lot of politics and there is no unity among teachers.

Work Details

Teaching is quite interesting and sometimes tiring too.I had no experience before holding this job I learnt everything on the job itself.I learnt everything within one year and trained the new joines as well.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
