My work experience with ParamInfo is one and half years, and to me, it seems to be a good company that offers the right salary package as per the candidate's skills and capability. Apart from this, I found that the work culture here is very good, and all my friends are very cooperativeand friendly. Nobody ever forced me to work beyond the working hours. I Joined ParamInfo as a fresher but soon within a short time. I realized that the company offers an excellent learning opportunity for career growth. In addition to this, it allows me to work with real-time projects and explore new ideas and things. Working here, I learned plenty of new technologies which helped me to expand my knowledge on various advanced topics The project shift timings here also excellent, nobody is forced to work beyond the office working hours. Good Work Culture and Work-Life Balance I have been working with ParamInfo for 2 years, and I can confidently say that I am working in a cultured and challenging environment where I can expect good work-life balance and work satisfaction. Here my coworkers are fantastic mentors and friends. They help me a lot in all those tasks where I get confused. Even the management here is very helpful and cooperative regarding the working hours and company policy, they aren't very strict, and five some liberty in case we face some problems. ParamInfo - My Favourite Place to Work! I was initially worried about this company when I heard that they had a "no work from home" policy. But, after working here for more than three years, I can confidently say that this is one of the Best Companies to Work and has a Great Culture. The pay and benefits are excellent, the culture is welcoming, and the team is supportive. I have no regrets about ParamInfo, and would highly recommend it to everyone. We have found them to be flexible with us when it comes to scheduling and very accommodating of any requests that we may have. They provide an outstanding work-life balance and support their employees when they need a break or take time off.
