SAP SD Consultant - E2E Implementation (8-10 yrs)

Job Summary :

- We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant with deep expertise in Order Management and Contract Management processes.

- The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in SAP SD, with a strong understanding of SAP's order configurations, customizations.

Job Description :

- We need a person who understands Contracts, Orders configurations and customizations in SAP.

- 8-10 year's experience in SAP SD.

- Understanding of Order Management and Contract Management processes.

- Ability to understand the current implementation complexity, customizations and highlight concerns to Salesforce team if any (for example if we are moving a small portion of workflow to Salesforce, the person needs to understand and communicate if there are any other challenges / constraints).

- Highlight / document recommendations / changes required on SAP because of Salesforce program.

- Possess good Communication skills.

- Support CRM team on Data migration and Integration related queries and complexities in SAP.

Education :

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities :

- Possess 8-10 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SD modules.

- Deep understanding of core SAP SD functionalities, including order to cash processes, pricing, availability checks, and delivery.

- Proven expertise in configuring and customizing SAP SD to meet complex business requirements.

- Strong knowledge of SAP SD integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI, CO).

- In-depth knowledge of Order Management and Contract Management processes, including order creation, fulfillment, invoicing, and contract lifecycle management.

- Ability to analyze and document existing Order Management and Contract Management processes.

- Identify and recommend process improvements and best practices within the SAP SD environment.

- Collaborate closely with the Salesforce implementation team to ensure seamless integration between SAP and Salesforce.

- Analyze and assess the impact of Salesforce implementation on existing SAP SD processes and configurations.

- Identify and communicate potential challenges and constraints related to data migration and integration.

- Provide expert guidance on data mapping and transformation requirements for successful data migration.

- Document and communicate recommendations for necessary changes to SAP SD configurations and processes to accommodate the Salesforce implementation.

- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues associated with the integration. Support the development and implementation of change management plans.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts in a concise and understandable manner.

- Provide ongoing support to the CRM team on data migration and integration-related queries and complexities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD issues related to Salesforce integration.

- Participate in post-implementation support activities as needed.
