Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive Tester with expertise in both automation and manual testing to join our growing team at SOBHA Realty. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the high quality, performance, and security of our software products, which are central to our real estate and construction operations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust testing strategies and frameworks across front-end, back-end, database, security, and performance domains. Key Responsibilities :

- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both automation and manual testing.

- Validate data integrity and consistency across systems using database testing tools and SQL.

- Identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security standards through rigorous security testing.

- Verify functionality and reliability of back-end systems and APIs.

- Plan and execute performance tests (i.e., load, stress, and endurance) to assess system responsiveness and stability under various load conditions.

- Identify and document performance bottlenecks, collaborate with development teams to recommend improvements, and retest to validate solutions.

- Utilize industry-standard performance testing tools (i.e., JMeter, LoadRunner) to establish performance benchmarks and track progress over time.

- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather testing requirements, clarify expectations, and analyze test results.

- Automate regression testing and integrate it into the CI/CD pipeline.

- Track, report, and manage defects, ensuring timely resolution.

- Maintain documentation of all testing processes and results, and propose continual improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.

- Keep up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to Continuously enhance testing processes.

Education, Experience, and Skills Required :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- Experience : 3-5 years of experience in manual, automation, and performance testing.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency with automation frameworks (i.e., Selenium, JUnit).

- Experience with performance testing tools (i.e., JMeter, LoadRunner).

- Strong knowledge of database testing tools and SQL.

- Familiarity with security testing practices and tools.

- Understanding of API and back-end testing methodologies.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
