Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Automation Testing Engineer with a strong background in Python and Selenium to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience in automation testing, including test script development, execution, and maintenance. You will be responsible for designing and developing automated test frameworks, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and working closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Selenium.

- Create comprehensive test plans and test cases based on system requirements.

- Execute automated tests and analyze results to ensure software quality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and establish automation strategies.

- Debug and troubleshoot test failures, working closely with developers to resolve issues.

- Continuously improve test automation frameworks and strategies.

- Ensure test coverage across different platforms, including web and mobile applications.

- Participate in the continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) process to ensure timely and accurate test execution.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in automation testing with a focus on Python and Selenium.

- Strong experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch.

- Proficiency in writing complex test scripts and debugging issues.

- Experience with test management tools and bug tracking systems.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests within them.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with additional testing tools such as JUnit, TestNG, or Cucumber.

- Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments.

- Experience with API testing and performance testing is a plus.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
