Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to lead our HR function and drive strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience and a proven ability to align HR strategies with business goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession management.
• Drive employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Manage performance appraisal systems and promote a culture of excellence.
• Design and execute learning and development programs for employee growth.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and reward structures.
• Lead change management, organizational design, and development projects.
• Use HR analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Certifications: SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent are an advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years in HR leadership roles, preferably in IT
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and understanding of HR compliance.
