Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sage 300 Functional Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Sage 300 ERP solutions.

You will be responsible for understanding business requirements, configuring Sage 300 to meet those needs, and providing ongoing support to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation of Sage 300 ERP, including requirement gathering, system configuration, and customization.

- Configure Sage 300 modules to align with business processes and requirement

- Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Sage 300.

- Provide ongoing support for Sage 300, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues.

- Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance.

- Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of Sage 300.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives and deliverables.

Requirements :

Experience :

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in ERP implementation and support.

- At least 3 years of relevant experience specifically with Sage 300 ERP.

Technical Skills :

- In-depth knowledge of Sage 300 functionality and modules, including financials, inventory, and order management.

- Strong understanding of business processes and best practices in ERP implementation.

- Experience with Sage 300 configuration, customization, and integration.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Sage 300 certification.

- Experience with other ERP systems and integration tools.

- Knowledge of SQL and database management.

- Familiarity with reporting tools and data analysis
