Senior Odoo Functional Consultant - ERP Implementation (5-8 yrs)

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in understanding client business processes, implementing customized Odoo solutions, and ensuring seamless integration of the Odoo ERP system across various business functions.

This role requires a blend of functional expertise, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills to drive successful ERP implementations and deliver long-term value to clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Requirements Gathering :

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, pain points, and objectives.

- Analyze client requirements and map them to Odoo ERP functionalities.

- Provide tailored recommendations and propose effective solutions aligned with the client's business goals.

Odoo Implementation :

- Configure, customize, and deploy Odoo modules to meet client needs.

- Ensure smooth system setup, including workflow automation and module integration.

- Validate the solution with comprehensive testing and feedback loops with stakeholders.

Training and Support :

- Deliver hands-on training sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of the ERP system.

- Provide ongoing post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and performance optimization.

System Integration :

- Facilitate seamless integration of Odoo with third-party software, systems, or tools used by the client.

- Leverage Odoo APIs to create custom integrations when necessary.

Project Management :

- Plan, execute, and monitor ERP implementation projects.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular status updates.

Documentation :

- Create and maintain functional and technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.

- Document business processes, workflows, and configurations for future reference.

Functional Expertise :

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Odoo modules, including :

- Accounting

- Sales & Purchase Management

- Human Resources (HR)

- Inventory Management

- Manufacturing (MRP)

- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

- Marketing Automation

- Website and E-commerce

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay updated with Odoo's latest versions, features, and industry best practices.

- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Functional Expertise :

- Strong hands-on experience with all major Odoo modules.

- Proven track record in ERP implementation and process mapping.

Technical Knowledge :

- Familiarity with Odoo's technical architecture, workflows, and APIs.

- Basic understanding of databases (i.e., PostgreSQL), system administration, and software development concepts.

Communication Skills :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and technical teams.

- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving Skills :

- Adept at identifying and resolving issues during implementation, customization, and usage.

- Innovative and proactive approach to troubleshooting and process optimization.

Experience :

- 5+ years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant, including end-to-end ERP implementation projects.

- Experience in leading ERP projects and mentoring junior consultants.

Certification :

- Odoo certification(s) is a strong plus
