Our management has trust on its employees. They do not interfere in the day to day working of the college. This gives the staff a free hand to work and maintain a positive work culture. It is proacproactive relationship.

Dislikes

Well there is nothing as dislidislike. The only thing which I would request the management is consider good remuneration to the staff which would go a long way in doing a better job.

Work Details

I deal with administrative and educational work. I conduct seminars, workshops for my students.i also carry out evaluation duties and refresher courses for my students and teachers. I also attend teacher training workshops and presented papers also.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
