My company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, and also there is a good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. Generally, the attrition rates are very low and employees work for multiple decades which is not common atleast in India. I love my job because everyone shares the same vision and is dedicated to the mission.

Dislikes

The only drawback is no other employee benefits offered by the company other than monthly salary and annual bonus.

Pagaria Advisory Private Limited, established in the year 2012, has been one of the well - known trader and wholesalers of USB Token, OTP Banking Tokens and Mobile POS. We are associated with the reputed vendors.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
