Though I'm working under unorganized sector learning level is very low,but experience in handling casual laboures like dictating works, hiring new labours,trianing them was good. One plus point is no middle man between me and the owner so that it was easy for me to take the company to progress by discussing postive&negative of our company.More than that sales part was little bit challenging for me initially for accessing the customers,digital platform(cold calling,googling,just dial) really helped me lot to meet new customers.Now I'm ready to survive in sales&admin role professionally....Read More

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
