After R1 came here and joined new transitions with new Director sir with new team lead and would say my journey was with Pacific outstanding , learned a lot though was not part of reporting because had my team to take care, free hand was given , was taking care of my own process in and out, received appreciation from internal n from external..Now working in new company will come back again..

The HR who's on higher hierarchy ( Piyus) is chauvinistic. Another few hierarchy named - Gaurav, Manoj Gupta and Mishu will suppress specifically if you are female and know your worth and set boundaries. Just to satisfy ego they will try their best to mark your profile on red for future employers just to ruin your future. If you cando licking (female) then you can survive as everyone will try their level best to violate you. If you raise the voice than you are fired as everyone including HR will be on their side whether you have proven it or not so best of luck if you still wanna work in such org. Managers like Abhishek Shrivastava, Anant do favouritism, partiality, they dont respect the tenurity, talent, experience, only thing they need is foot licking, they promot there closed one. There is one more fake thing which IJP for SME/TL/QA which is totally bias. To qualify that u need to hv ur god father there..
