There are some bosses who has started carrier within this company and got promoted over the time and having no such Management skills other than planning and plotting for bad politics, which is kind a common everywhere in this market but, it sucks when you are putting your 100% and reporting such lazy lads who has no other job in the market. Many things disliked first management, no value for good employees, only support their favourites and their favourites are who are fool but beutiful by face only. No hygiene no medical facilities. Insurance benefits only just for name when go to use they take so much time to enroll the person. A lot of favouritism (even I can't imagine that much favouritism there). Stretch was .most annoying things that I faced in pacific. Management was worst . Work culture was worst . No work life balance . There were no one who can listen your problem. I were totally dissatisfied working there.

The HR who's on higher hierarchy ( Piyus) is chauvinistic. Another few hierarchy named - Gaurav, Manoj Gupta and Mishu will suppress specifically if you are female and know your worth and set boundaries. Just to satisfy ego they will try their best to mark your profile on red for future employers just to ruin your future. If you cando licking (female) then you can survive as everyone will try their level best to violate you. If you raise the voice than you are fired as everyone including HR will be on their side whether you have proven it or not so best of luck if you still wanna work in such org.
