There is nothing to like in Pacific an access healthcare.

There is no Heirarchy to follow for management whatever they want they do so by thier on wish in conifer process manager Sumit chaudhary is very rude and mentaly torcher to there team members he Frequently moves employees AR to appeal team and appeal to AR team reason being it affects in production then he torcher and shout on the floor. Even HR department is also follow whatever the management say to HR. They force you to give the resignation otherwise employment will be terminated. If u do not resign then they will terminate you. Nobody will listen to your issue only they will harass you. Transport facility is also wrst during night shift at drop time nobody check that driver is drunkk or not. After R1 came here and joined new transitions with new Director sir with new team lead and would say my journey was with Pacific outstanding , learned a lot though was not part of reporting because had my team to take care, free hand was given , was taking care of my own process in and out, received appreciation from internal n from external..Now working in new company will come back again..

There is micromanagement. I didn’t like the working environment over Pacific. For a leave approval you have to run from TL to senior manager and in some scenarios even to directors.

Everything . You are not allowed to sit in the lounge. The guards asks you to vacate the lounge if you are sitting there .very poor ethics they have.

Only Hot ladies and females staff aur uske liye bhi time ni mil pata. when person are unmarried and try to find a girl but to much work pressure then why people like company culture, and Company location is nearby. Other than this nothing to like it.!!

It's look like a domestic call centre. There is no rule regulations in this organisation. They can terminate you any time . Job security is zero. HR are puppet of management, totally biased hr. If someone is thinking to join this company, please think twice. You will have to repent over it.

In Pacific there is too much favoritism and company politics. They are believing in soft attrition like company is creating a situation where your mind is exhausting and then you just take a decision to quit a job. About your work nobody appreciate. Lack of supervisor's support. Too work pressure.

Many things disliked first management, no value for good employees, only support their favourites and their favourites are who are fool but beutiful by face only. No hygiene no medical facilities. Insurance benefits only just for name when go to use they take so much time to enroll the person. A lot of favouritism (even I can't imagine that much favouritism there). The only thing were to like is job security.

Stretch was .most annoying things that I faced in pacific. Management was worst . Work culture was worst . No work life balance . There were no one who can listen your problem. I were totally dissatisfied working there.
