It good to learn about the basic RCM.

Dislikes

The management not works good per their responsibility. And the transport facility not on time. Security not helpful , I lost my watch in the office and no one helps me include admin.

Senior manager is good as didn't talk too much even just ok cause could able to reach out him easily.

Nothing much....If you are a career orientated person... So here no growth... No bonus... No incentives till you give your 500% percent here... Very less increment of money... Overall... Not a great life and work life balance you will get.... So planning to leave this organization soon..
