The Boss - He's unethical, doesn't have humanity in him. Treats employees like servants. No fixed hours. You can do many great things for the company but still you won't get the monetary value you deserve. Takes even the minutest decisions by himself. Takes things for granted. No respect to his employees. Abuses them regularly. Thinks he has bought servants on monthly wage. Many great and key employees have left the company because of the mistreatment by him and many are searching jobs because of him. Takes wrong decisions all by himself. Doesn't know how to trade. Doesn't follow the rules of trading and is obsessed with particular scrips even if it makes losses and shows anger on the employees when it doesn't favor him. HR - The Greatest Liar ever seen. Lies in his every breath. Will tell you many things and then will not acknowledge what he said. If going for the interview make sure to audio record everything and even as an employee record whatever he says to you. Tries to recruitment employees at very lower amount than Budget. Will give a small raise like lolipop and expects you to be happy with it. Doesn't acknowledge the blood and sweat of the employees. Tries to take advantage of the employees at every level possible. If you are in need for job because of personal reasons that's the best thing for them to tear you down and will hire you at very low amount and after you are hired he might even talk with other employees that he hired you at a low amount. Advice to Management Learn to trade. To be ethical. To pay people properly as per their work, value them monetarily as well not just with words. Good Learning due to working in pressure situation.

Dislikes

Very poor management, Owner treat employees like his own personal servant and the employees are expected to be available at all the time. Taking a leave even due to medical issues is seen as a crime. The management always thinks that employees are here to dupe them and thus, they do not trust anyone.

Work life balance is worst. You never knows how much hours you are devoting for company
