No job security, no growth, salary appraisal are worst, appraisal policy half yearly they open your appraisal after 8months and they give you appraisal only when they want more work with you if they don't have project then they told you that your performance is not good so you have to search for new job or they force employees to apply for resignation so that they're image will be good, if they give you appraisal then as per company non written rules employees can't switch until next appraisal if you want switch within 6 months then you will never get appraisal Worst company I have ever worked, Company have 2nd and 4th Saturday will be half day but in case there will be any festival by which you will 1 or 2 festival leaves then company can convert half Saturday to full Saturday....Read More
