They never pay you your complete salary when you'll leave. Many experienced employees faced these issues in this company. No Supportfrom HR, HR will work according to Director. Lacks work-life balance, no structure for leaves. No Work from home option makes working a little difficult. Due to work pressure, we use to work 10-11 hours straight a day.

As an HR Recruiter, I use to work on sourcing profiles through portal and Linkedin and share profiles with clients and schedule technical discussions or drives for the clients. I use to maintain the database Trackers and reports on a daily basis.
