Job Description

This role requires a strong understanding of digital technologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a US-shift environment

The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and nurturing relationships with potential clients to drive business growth

Key Responsibilities: 1

Conduct proactive outreach to prospects through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media

Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and goals related to digital solutions and app development

3

Educate prospects on our companys capabilities, services, and past successes in delivering digital solutions

4

Arrange and conduct virtual meetings or presentations to showcase our digital offerings and discuss potential solutions

5

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and messaging to attract qualified leads

6

Manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and progression through the sales cycle

7

Work closely with the technical team to assess project feasibility and provide accurate estimates to clients

8

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals and achieve revenue targets

9

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to position our solutions effectively

10

Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects and clients in the CRM system

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field preferred

Proven experience in inside sales or business development, preferably in the digital solutions or software development industry

Strong understanding of digital technologies, including mobile apps, web development, cloud solutions, etc

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Familiarity with CRM software (e

, Salesforce) and sales productivity tools
