- AptaCloud, a leading provider of cloud solutions and digital transformation services, is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive sales for Microsoft solutions, including Azure, SharePoint, and Dynamics.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and qualify new business opportunities to drive sales of Microsoft solutions.
- Client Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers (C-level executives, IT Directors) to understand business requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Solution Selling: Collaborate with technical teams to craft customized proposals, deliver demos, and present value-driven solutions to prospective clients.
- Negotiation & Closing: Manage the sales process, from negotiations to finalizing contracts, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, advancements in Microsoft technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Microsoft certifications are a plus).
- 3+ years of proven experience in business development or sales, ideally in IT solutions or Microsoft technologies.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft products such as Azure, SharePoint, and Dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle and consistently achieve sales goals.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to provide customized solutions that meet client needs.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
