Job Description
As a Full Stack Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the development of our web applications and software solutions. You will ensure the alignment of architectural solutions with business objectives and technology strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Design: Lead the architectural design and development of scalable and maintainable web applications.
- Define and document architecture guidelines, standards, and best practices.
- Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across the entire software development lifecycle.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business goals.
- Mentor and support developers to enhance their technical skills and understanding of best practices.
- Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts for new solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Development: Participate in coding, debugging, and optimization activities as needed.
- Ensure the development of high-quality, robust, and performant code.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Assist in the estimation of project effort and resource requirements.
- Track and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce code quality standards and practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure thorough testing and validation of applications before deployment.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack development.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex software architectures.
- Strong background in both front-end and back-end development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks/libraries like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Expertise in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or .NET.
- Experience with database design and management (SQL and NoSQL databases).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, etc.).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of security best practices and data protection.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Certifications in relevant technologies or cloud platforms.
