Job Description
  • Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers, providing guidance, code reviews, and technical expertise.
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Define and enforce architectural standards and best practices, ensuring high-quality code and performance.
  • Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical input, and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously improving development processes and practices.
  • Ensure the quality of the codebase through automated testing, code reviews, and adherence to coding standards.
    • Skills Required
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Strong back-end development skills using languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or Java.
  • Experience with database management systems such as SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality results.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
