Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers, providing guidance, code reviews, and technical expertise.

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.

Define and enforce architectural standards and best practices, ensuring high-quality code and performance.

Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical input, and ensure successful project outcomes.

Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously improving development processes and practices.

Ensure the quality of the codebase through automated testing, code reviews, and adherence to coding standards.

Skills Required

Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Strong back-end development skills using languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or Java.

Experience with database management systems such as SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.

Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.

Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.

Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality results.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
