Job Description : Full Stack Developer MSIL Agile CoE

Experience: 5- 8 years

Hiring Qualification- B.tech/BE(Computer science/IT)

Reporting

The incumbent will typically report to the Head, Agile CoE.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the development team to design and implement user-friendly, responsive web applications.

2. Develop and maintain both the front-end and back-end of applications, ensuring they function efficiently and reliably.

3. Write well-structured, clean, and maintainable code using programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Ruby, Java.

4. Create and optimize database schemas, perform migrations, and work with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL.

5. Implement security and data protection measures to safeguard user data and application integrity.

6. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure a seamless and visually appealing user experience.

7. Debug, test, and troubleshoot applications to resolve issues and optimize performance.

8. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate best practices and innovations into development processes.

9. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

10. Document code, project details, and software architecture to facilitate maintenance and future development.

Skills

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role

- Proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies, frameworks, and libraries

- Strong knowledge of web development best practices and design patterns

- Experience with database management systems and database design

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and code deployment tools

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
