Micro Management and if you go for the buyout for a notice period you need to pay the gross salary how many days to buyout..and also Managers do not inform team members of any awards and recognition, if you support weekends for on-call no com off and no payment for that days..

One of the worst HR team which I haven’t seen in my career, the HR will call you for salary negotiation and they will ask less than the current salary or same salary, if you are not interested to hire candidates don’t take the interviews after having multiple calls and interviews they will try to negotiate and got to know whenever the projects are winded or projects are done with OSI they will make you to resign or they will move into PIP after probation confirmation also If you ask company benefits they will say health insurance, PF and gratuity and that two PFs will be deducted from the candidate salary First learn how the HR will negotiate and then call for a salary negotiation...Read More

Don't join this place even if it is your last resort. Place is riddled with dirty politics, people being very rude on your face and lying to you instead of getting straight to the point. Forget even about getting a good quality job or work experience. Most people are hiding their own inefficiency by doing politics with hires and their clients and don't have the depth and breath of engineering.
