Work culture with proper instructions and maintain of main stream line process. Individual responsibilit. Proper person rotation for work flow maintain and all GL were responsible with there duties. Manager level put extra ordinary focused and helping in maintaining stream line of all process including documentation department and IT department. And good coloration with QA department. At initiation phase I found power disconnect problem but now they have back up system for power. Due to power fluctuations stream line was disturbed many times.
