Dislikes

Worst HR who played cunning games for the benefit of his and indirectly made quit the organisation with false promises. No space to eat and no cafeteria facility. Don’t ever join this organisation.

Work Details

Policy says will become permanent employee after 4 months but for the HRs benefit he made me resign indirectly.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
