Yes "iam" interested to work in this (orient private limited) company. I love the fact that iam a part of steam that market's reliable high quality products and has a global clients base. iam proud about that.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client call's in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Manager do not value an individual' unique strengths, which is why l have to take back my suggestion most of the time's. I do receive appreciation e-mails from my client, but they mostly unnoticed during my mind year appraisals. also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes....Read More

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as l have to look after the entire product marketing and distribution Life cycle aswellas manage daytoday yield operations. aslongas I get to work vth the clients, it vil be the great learning experience
