Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - If you want to save your time, don’t go for face to face interview at Orient technology Andheri.
Totally horrible experience.
I was given time 3 pm and my interview started @5:45 PM ,waited me long.
The interviewer Ritika is too rude and egotistical.
She welcomes you with smile, but she is totally unprofessional. In interview she will try to find you in trap and then break your confidence in such a way that you can’t explain even if you know the things. She didn’t allow you complete your answer and starts another question. It was like it has been 5:50 let’s complete interview and go home .
I try to simplify the solution but she is like my HR can do it if problem is as simple.
I travelled from Thane to Andheri for face to face interview but I listen from HR assistant that he(me)is optional candidate.
They took me granted as optional candidate.
Totally waste of time.
I advise don’t go for face to face interview as they don’t care about candidates.
I have advice for Ritika, if you don’t like candidates reject hime in professional manner that he can be confident for next interview.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high.
However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - This company shortlisted my profile even when I had clearly mentioned my notice period duration being 90 days.
I was able to crack all the technical rounds and then the recruiter stopped calling me. I had to chase the recruiter for 1.5 month and then finally my HR round was scheduled in which again they were ready to wait for 60 days and my notice period was negotiable which I was very open about. And then I had to chase the recruiter again for the offer letter and the reason for the delay informed to me was "technical issue in assigning me the project" and was asked to wait. I was frustrated and reached out to another HR on LinkedIn that HR helped me out, was prompt in responding me and was open to me about the whole situation that the problem was due to my 90 days notice period and so your profile can not move further.
I was glad that I got my closure and at the same time very disheartened that I was wasted my time and efforts for this.
Suggestion to this company please be open with the candidates.
