New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. Worst company to work with. No professionalism at all. I was hired for Crompton Greaves project. They have lost that project before I joined. They didn't even informed me that they have lost this project and I have to work as a backup. I joined here as Project manager but I had to work as a backup engineer. They have promised thatthey hav many projects in pipeline and I will be get a permanent site. however, After 6 month when the probation period over they told me either work in a lower salary or put the resignation. That was pathetic. Please do not join here....Read More
