Dislikes

Promotion and growth aren't attractive enough. Being a healthcare company, they have lots of security policies which sometimes might restrict learning and exploration opportunities with new tech.

Although such benefits are there, the company fails to recognize and promote decent talent. There was a monetized incentive program[apart from perf bonus] earlier, which got scrapped, the pay is on the lower end of a decent scale. No appraisal no hikes no promotion the management was not good they are not least bothered about their employees. Head office was in gurgaon but those people develop their self they will not give much importance to Hyderabad employees A part from IT sector if you randomly ask with any operational team you will get the same answer their is politics.
