Company is good and work culture is excellent untill your manager/boss is good. He will ruin your life if not good. Recently, leadership change has ruin down optum's image in market with recent layoffs.

Extreme work pressure with no target consideration. Unrealistic target expectations. Rude behaviour of TL's. Working for more than 8,9 hours ended up to get marked as halfday . No work life balance. Even after having flexi hours for login. Managers constantly ask employees to login before 9am.

Great WL balance, lots to learn and implement, and great culture. You'll definitely have job security here, if you're decently skilled - one of the very few product companies that are this good on these parameters..

Although such benefits are there, the company fails to recognize and promote decent talent. There was a monetized incentive program[apart from perf bonus] earlier, which got scrapped, the pay is on the lower end of a decent scale.
