Work environment and company culture is good and upon that we may get very great support from leadership.

Dislikes

All our variable pays are included in our CTC that's not correct. And for operations employees we won't get the night shift allowance. We don't have chance to get transport allowance either we need to take transport service or without any service also we won't get any transport allowance.
