Perhaps still can. We have supported our team members deal with the Pandemic through WFH assistance like wifi reimbursement, setting up home office, offering additional sick and wellness leaves etc., We organized and ran a vaccination campaign for our team members and their family yesterday in our Chennai Office. We are continually evaluating and improving our employee engagement process to better engage with employees in this Pandemic situation. Our growth of 40% YoY is perhaps a testament to this.
