their Bengaluru office it is so near my house so works for me. There is no firing in my projects as many others have written in other reviews.

I am hired to work with clients as Accenture team and their client Central Provident Fund CPF Singapore. My salary company is optimum infosystem (some place they call them optimum solutions some place infosystem). We are a big team here in Bengaluru. Technology is very old but the work is going fine. No connection with payroll company. We work with Accenture team mostly who lead design and development planning. That team is very immature sometimes. A lot of times whenever we give any good design idea they take it to their end client as their own work. This project is going good but I dont see much future growth and payroll company is also not investing in any training. These aspects need to be taken care of. One another thing is the quality of restrooms. Women restroom hygiene is a mess, I have made many complaints to management team who sit in office but no action taken. Very unpredictable nature of job

I was hired as a developer in a major bank project. The optimum company people did not care about billing people like us. We get a theoptimum.tech email address. Company management people have theoptimum.net address. No one explained why there are 2 different email address within same company. They used to call us for interview panel work. But after first 2-3 times they stopped paying us any incentive to do interview. They will call during weekday weekend all the time. Still I did many interviews for them. However when client said project over they gave me notice to leave company. I accommodated company requests whenever they need help. But when time came they promptly fired me. Very cheap attitude people. I dont know other locations but Pune team is very bad. My recommendation is not join them....Read More

Wasted my time on this company

I have worked with the company from jan 2022 onwards. I was put to client project. It was wfh commited. However client want people in office. After joining I had no choice. I was forced to go to client office 2-3 times a week or even more. No transparency in this company. Straight away cheated. Now my project is ending in Aug2023 and company HR gives notice to quit the company saying no new project they have. If no project then its company problem. They did not give me interview chance now at all. Just deciding I will be okay to move. I referred few people to the company few days back. Now I told all of them also to not join as things are difficult here. No promo. Bad hike last year 3% only even though client gave good client rating....Read More

The way they convince and hire people to the company they are very good, even when nothing is there in the company. While it is not a good quality I like it.

They did a mass layoff today. For a client called CTOS team worked on a very important project and delivered it 3 months back. The timelines were unreasonable impractical from Day 1 but we made is happen by putting long hours many weeks and weekends. THe product had issue in productions but we went a and fixed it. We know that thisproject has reached at least this stage because of us but part of client team think otherwise. So they did a mass layoff today. THe payroll company Optimum happily also released us from the project. No one asked what happened. There is no one from the payroll company to handle this as we are all doing just staffing work. This is a very bad thing they did. To also record same client only awarded this team just few weeks back but now they want to fire. What a change in short time when nothing has happened....Read More

The company induction team PMO was very friendly. Took care of initial days and keeps talking every few weeks to find how what work I am doing in client site. That is only connection to company. Else just get salary end of month. No other connection to parent company. Just put in client site thats all. They forget us.

When I joined it was good. I asked my manager for some training reimbursement. He rudely said they will not reimburse just do your work. Then when I asked to do some certification they said do on my own cost. When I asked if my project will extend or I should see another project he said he will take care. I kept on asking and did not get a response. Then few days back client said project over. Thats all. I immediately got exit notice. They ask me to resign saying I want to leave. I refused. They itself sent a mail exit in 30 days. How much long I worked for them. They say they have bench policy when hiring. Now their bench policy is zero days bench. very rough dealing HR team, Just take phone and say people are fired. I asked for another project, Manager told my skill is not regular skill they use in other account they will fire me. That means they hire when they need then immediately fire by giving notice. When I ask what skill they have proejct they said only java people they keep on bench, Hire then use then fire. Sounds dirty place. Dont ever try in my view ok....Read More

They are a group of people who want only billing with people. Project over means fire people.

This company people are only interested in billing us. When my project notice was told by client they immediately called me and and gave notice to exit. They told they have 15-20 clients in Bangalore and more than 40 in India. I was ready to relocate also. Company said they cant wait for clearing interviews and all and just gave notice. I worked for a major bank customer of this company. Just 2 months back I was awarded Best employee award but now since my project is ending in August they recently gave me notice to exit company. Pathetic point is they try speaking about my performance. When I confront they changed tune and say project over. I am trying to speak to my manager but he has no idea how to deal the situation. If there is no multiple project why do they hire people. May be just to get billing only. This is body shopping company. All lies when they say they have many client with same technology and all.
