Wasted my time on this company

I have worked with the company from jan 2022 onwards. I was put to client project. It was wfh commited. However client want people in office. After joining I had no choice. I was forced to go to client office 2-3 times a week or even more. No transparency in this company. Straight away cheated. Now my project is ending in Aug2023 and company HR gives notice to quit the company saying no new project they have. If no project then its company problem. They did not give me interview chance now at all. Just deciding I will be okay to move. I referred few people to the company few days back. Now I told all of them also to not join as things are difficult here. No promo. Bad hike last year 3% only even though client gave good client rating....Read More

The way they convince and hire people to the company they are very good, even when nothing is there in the company. While it is not a good quality I like it.

They did a mass layoff today. For a client called CTOS team worked on a very important project and delivered it 3 months back. The timelines were unreasonable impractical from Day 1 but we made is happen by putting long hours many weeks and weekends. THe product had issue in productions but we went a and fixed it. We know that thisproject has reached at least this stage because of us but part of client team think otherwise. So they did a mass layoff today. THe payroll company Optimum happily also released us from the project. No one asked what happened. There is no one from the payroll company to handle this as we are all doing just staffing work. This is a very bad thing they did. To also record same client only awarded this team just few weeks back but now they want to fire. What a change in short time when nothing has happened....Read More

I worked for a major bank customer of this company. Just 2 months back I was awarded Best employee award but now since my project is ending in August they recently gave me notice to exit company. Pathetic point is they try speaking about my performance. When I confront they changed tune and say project over. I am trying to speak to my manager but he has no idea how to deal the situation. If there is no multiple project why do they hire people. May be just to get billing only. This is body shopping company. All lies when they say they have many client with same technology and all. Salary entry is good. Office looks good. They have a lot of people from Tier 1 companies in senior level but some behave like job portal people.

I was in a Development project in Digital Banking for more than 1.5 years. When client gave notice of project closure I was given a notice to leave the company also. It was such a shock, I was not even given chance to work in another project. When I asked for another project I was told there are no project and no bench time allowed.That's the problem with the company. They give a picture of a large company but they are just job placement office. Nothing more. I was so overjoyed when I joined but now realize the mistake. It all started and project was going okay now we have no idea what is happening

There was almost a full Optimum members team that was released from a project for a client called CTOS. In this account people are getting fired at random. No accountability from client side, no response from consultancy company optimum also. We are all worried about this happening in our projects also in a few days may be. Also clients also want us to work all days from office. If we come bit delay means they will shout and create scene. We all dont have much career building here and dont see any growth and why we do things like this. I should not have joined here at all. Now suddenly have to search job within 8 month of joining. The offer process and joining was very smooth. Paid on time. Relocation money was good.

They are a company tying to do many things but finally do nothing. They started new client project CTOS and I joined in Dec 2022 in Chennai. All the time we were working on releases and implementation windows are very small. Client did a transition work but that was not sufficient. We ask team for more help but they said no more transition you are to work independently. Client has not idea what all to do. Optimum contract company also no idea how to handle this. Impact is we are all getting release from project saying we are poor performer. Many people got released already in this client. Point is you take panga with clients they will throw you out. If your team manager cannot talk for you it is worthless working here. Very painful experience last many months in this place....Read More

If your project is over they will throw you out. I am working for a large bank customer. My project is getting over oct 2023 and I am given termination notice. My manager did not tell that this client contract is getting over. They cheated us kept on project. Now it seems optimum contracts with this client itself over and no new projects will come. They say many customers in Chennai location but when I ask they say my salary is high they won't get good bill rate so terminating me. Which means they hire for 1 project only.
