The company has good office in Chennai.

Dislikes

They hire you for specific project. Then they fire you. Before joining ask them how much people get new project. It will be a very very small number. If they find billing project they will interview in market and put in. They don't plan any career for people. Just a body shopper. End of project will result in exiting company.

3 of us who joined this company different times went thru above (we all join from same company). All of us were exited from company. This is from the Pune location of office. First we thought the first person who got exit was slightly weak in skill may be he did not got project. When second and third of our group exit we know this is the pattern of this company. Most of them in the company will be exit for some reason. They use and throw. Very little people get next project. Dont think you will have many projects. I liked all of it about 1 year ago. Company people was friendly. Company Growing. Training opportunity was there. People treated well. All that changed in 2023 dont know what happened

They have a very bossy nature. People are treated like shit. Management create strong border between people saying one level should not talk to another level except for work reasons. So very hieracrchical. And this is a small company in India. Very small company may be 1500 people. Now company is becoming even small . I cant name people who are doing this. Just to protect them and wont be nice so only. But the management is blind they themself. Anyways to build your career dont enter this company. Dont jump for salary change. They call service based however you will get off boarded next day. The senior leadership India is incapable and they do not have professionalism. The anda talks so rude and can't do anything. Working more like HR operations folk.
