Not ideal for experienced professionals. Salary remains similar to your previous company’s, even with a 40% increase. A 2 lakh fee applies if you leave within 18 months, including any applicable joining bonus. Employees may be placed under PIP without clear justification; the actual reason often being over-hiring. Follows a hire-and-fire culture.
