I am working in Omega Icehill Private Limited company and had a great experience. The work-life balance is excellent, with flexible hours and a supportive management team. The salary and benefits are very good with competitive pay and good health insurance. The appraisal process is very fair and transparent with regular feedback andopportunities for growth.
