Uncertainty in growth and no career and new opportunities. No any structured company policies. Always depends on Management and makes changes as per their convenience. I still remember one of employees used to resign every year just for hike in package and it was happening for 5 years continually and no one took that seriously. They are not supporting us at all. While the govt/ state CM confirmed 30% working staff in the office and maximum work from home. Our office strength has been made to work at 100% strength also increasing the hours to 6 days week. A lot of our colleagues have been infected by Covid as well. The security does not even check the arogya setu app(which was made mandatory by the company). They also randomly cancelled our leave during ganpati season and we have been told to make it to office irrespective of the Arogya setu status....Read More

6 days a week, no increments for 3-4 years, 1 year of no promotions, no gifts for Diwali since years, no picnics/parties, no employee engagement activities or medical tests(these were there a few years ago)..fired around 230 people.. no job security... sad culture

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
