Team was good ,I learnt lot of think from their.nutrirites food company was just start ups when I join so,all the operation and practice insides of factory I had standardized..I'm only one technical person in these factory so I'm handling all operation..work load is more but salary they is not upto to marks,when joins it's we have only 5labous and 100kg/days production.. know we have 20labour 1ton production per day.. their no travel trip from company and there is facility provide company...in my 2yts experience have learnt lot of think know if someone say me I will provide finance u ..so can start as it new plants...i had innovate new products also innovate how to waste minimise the wastage and how to gives the maximize the final yeild the production......Read More

Dislikes

I dislike about the company is that work laod is more but job timing 12-14hrs... according to performance and work salary not upto the mark .. increment only 5%
