Since everyone is focused on their own tasks you might feel unwelcome at the beginning. But everyone here either is ready to help you out or points you in the right direction if you reach out. This is one area where management can work towards during the induction period of new joinees.

My role at NT is quite interesting and expansive and doesn't limit me to a particular repetitive task. I learnt everything from creating website wireframe and writing white papers to creating and implementing marketing strategies on the job.
