Supportive staff , Specially local IT and cab team.

Dislikes

Company is good in terms of HR policies but there are not shift allowances for working in shifts. Less resources, more work , leaves have to be informed like minimum 20-25 days before ( because there are less resources ), immediate leaves would be sometimes not granted even if you are unwell.( again because of the same reason ) . Management does nothing to improve or add more resources to tackle these issues ....Read More

Flexible in terms of shift.

Dislikes

More work, less pay. Less opportunities to learn , work resources are very less as pet the requirement. Administration does not care about this .
