Firstly they hire each and every agent by telling them wrong.They never disclose the process , they always say its technical support but there is no technical support in NTT data.All the process is for Helpdesk and that is for Healthcare support.

Dislikes

Agents are getting n number of calls back to back, they do not understand for work life balance.I would suggest people to not get hired here. Terrific experience.
