I only liked the nature of work.

Everything about NTT is pathetic. As there is no management. Anytime they can poke you for useless things. Everyone in this company feels like a manager in itself. The same grade level person can say anything to you in the meeting and you just can't say anything because they drinks and do party with the manager and he is like you guys take care of things. They had the full freedom of saying and doing anything. In my team, there were 3 people who pokes everytime for 3 different activities at the same time.. and manager says you have to manage it. In this organisation,manager itself allows these things. Majorly Amit Mittal and kavaljeet singh both are same in private equity at Gurgaon location. If you have raised a problem against anything then from that moment you becomes the problem for them and they raises the HR ticket for you also they start sending you multiple mails regarding breaks when you have not exceeded the time than time required. If 1 hr break is permitted officially then manager wants you to take in 15-15 minutes. Even a small conversation becomes the matter of behavioural issues. They just want you to work like a slave without saying a single word. They literally says you will have to work for 14-15 hrs if you raise a complaint. Then burden you with more work and after that finds error and make a performance issue. I would say, wait for next opportunity but never join this pathetic company....Read More

Very bad culture, literal dictatorship, no one is ready for change. Outdated system which will take days to implement change. Communication is often unclear, feedback is rarely constructive. Environment feels toxic. Would never recommend anybody.

As a fresher it is the worst company even for experience i would say as they do not terminate but torcher you to that extend where u will resign itself. Also they cut 10% Varialble which they say they will give in 6/6month of interval (THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU ) and they will state the reason performance base. In accounts Payable they have the worst team management +membeemr +Manager are worst over here. Senior have made there place and reports silly silly mistake of fresher to manager via email ! And then manager takes one on one meet where he abuses you verbally insults you and many more there is no mental peace over here also your whole personal/family life will be damage if we joint NTT as whithin the team itself there are seniors who play dirty games to save their own mistakes and blame on the fresher...Read More

Manager driven. HR policies are just for name sake. People use the offer and counter. Both side PF in deducted from employee package. Taking your personal leave is also an issue to the managers here as if you are asking for their kidney or lever.
