Ntt is a good working place and best for starting your career.

Dislikes

Sometimes the work burden is too much as the company mangers don't hire candidates just for the sake of their own personal benefits. Therefore third party hiring is prominent in some projects which is not beneficial.

I worked as Data Analyst and it was pretty hectic at times and there were lot of meetings from time to time which affected the working hours.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
