I have attended final round (VP round) in Deloitte on 21 Nov 2024 but till now there is no response from them. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. there is no career growth and Salary hike. They have the worst promotion policy. Example: if you got a promotion or next level, you will get a designation change but Salary change. next year only you got the hike for the promotion.
