I like the coworkers and trainers most of them very humble and polite.

1.There is no job security. For example we have to clear have to score 90% the test every week if we failed to clear the test then they will terminate. 2. The most worst thing is after completing 6 months if we want to resign then we have to serve 60 days notice period in that notice period we can't survive because of the challenges we it's self have to dropout

Management No clear hierarchy No planning how to execute project Resource management group is waste, they don't know anything Very less project They hire new people without knowing client demand and they fire as client is not billing them, poor understanding of project requirements.

While generally satisfied with my role, one area that could be improved at the company which is promotion not given from the management even completed 3+ years, which can sometimes lead to confusion for the candidate future with the company, Management also should have to pay attention on this.

Please don't join this company atleast the Bangalore location. Company is full of south and north discrimination with work environment where you will be said to take medicine and come to office incase ur r ill.Asking for leaves is a sign of immaturity according the managers.
